Is it true that a student loan is written off if you work abroad for three years?
someone told me that if i went to university and got a student loan, if i worked abroad for three years then the debt would be written off. im only asking because i wanted to go over to South Africa. Is it true?

Don't know in what country you reside! But over most off the world a student loan is never written off. Not even if you declare bankruptcy. Would be very dumb if they did. Everyone takes a loan, studies and disappears as soon as he/she is qualified? Not good business!! Peace.
