Things to do in Cape Town, South Africa with almost no money? ?
Im going to Cape Town with my girl Friend. lol. And we are broke students. What can we do thats for free or doesn't coast that much? Thanks a mill.

1. Go to a beach. Cape Town has many beautiful beaches. And they're all free. Try Clifton or Camps Bay. 2. Go hiking. You can hike up Table Mountain from Kirstenbosch botanical gardens for not much. I'd advise you to go with someone that knows the route though. 3. Visit Cape Point, the southern most point of the Cape peninsula. It's cheap, and a spectacular site. 4. Go see the penguins in Simon's Town. 5. Visit the Gardens in the centre of the city. There are a few interesting museums around there, and they're all cheap. 6. You'll probably find that South Africa is quite cheap, especially restaurants and alcohol. So go out and enjoy yourself. Try and meet some locals and go with them, they'll show you the cheap non-touristy places.

I agree wit Rbarryza - Muizenburg has a lovely beach with very little surf, and feeding the squirrels and doves in the Company Gardens is fun, and it's beautiful there, there is also a few flea markets, and you can window shop at the Waterfront for hours, if you like antiques a walk down Longstreet is a must, and do hike to the top of Table Mountain, the view is spectacular - enjoy your stay in the gem of South Africa

Get some money! You'll need money for transport and to stay somewhere. Sleeping out in the open is no go.

How much money, etc., would it take to have an AIDS orphanage built in Africa?
I am a 16-yr-old student, but i would like to raise enough money (with suggestions please) to have an AIDS orphanage built in Africa. Otherwise, any suggestions for a fairly cheap mission trip to South Africa? thnx

How do I obtain my own criminal record or "state police clearance certificate" in louisiana?
I need a copy to submit to travisa, a visa service, to get a student visa for south africa. I have been told louisiana is a "closed record" state and records will not be issued to me personally. Any information about closed record states and what i should do would be appreaciated.

well first you should be authorized if in person to obtain your personal records and if all else fails there is certain partition paper work you may fill out for the release of your documents due to the medias publi records right

I believe, it's like every school. You don't always know EVERYTHING what's happening; but the majority of it she's probably informed. But I believe, if it's not something drastically horrible like the sexual acts you just mentioned, it's probably under wraps and isn't discussed in the public.
