determination and ambition is the key to success. "if you think you can or you think you can't your probably right", this is a famous quote by henry ford (maker of all ford cars-dead now of course) once you've made up your mind on what you want to do-stick to it and keep telling yourself you can do it no matter what and you will!!!!!! good luck

People from your area are losing public trust in these times. Hope the future has more to offer.

Do a lot of research on the job markets and the social conditions in the countries you want to work in. Many countries (sad to say the US is one of them) have areas that do not welcome people form other parts of the world. You want to find a place that has a job waiting for you but that also has other places that you might be able to get a job if their is a problem with the first one. When you get the job you should keep your expenses down until you have enough put aside to carry you over if you have to go through a period of looking for a new job. I am sure that your work will be good but people can lose their jobs through no fault of their own. The company might downsize or go under or something like that. A city that has an existing population of people from your country would be good to look for that way you could get good information about the living conditions. I wish you good luck. I am sorry that I had to say what I did about the US but it is true. However, you can move in next to me and have a friend. We are not all bad.

Remember in the US you will have to wait until you pass your Med Part I and II (too bad i could not find the actual exams numbers but you can get that by contacting any Medical Institution in the US) It's basically a licence to practice here and usually takes almost a year to 1 1/2 years. It's a tough pill to swallow (not to understate your current MBBS exams) and costly so ... plan accordingly.

Get a Master Degree after you graduate and then it would be very easy for you to live in the United States of America
